Elizabeth grew up in Wisconsin, where her favorite childhood activity was helping her family make maple syrup from start to finish. She earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Concordia University Wisconsin. While there, she met her husband Andrew. They now have two beautiful daughters. Elizabeth enjoys sewing, writing letters, and decorating birthday cakes for her girls.
